Q: How long from order to delivery?

A: Anticipated lead times are given on the “Ordering Information” for each product. Many products are available for immediate dispatch but some are made to order, so please do check when ordering. If you need something by a specific date, please feel free to contact us on 01280 701093. If we can help, we certainly will, but similarly we won’t make promises that we don’t believe that we can deliver.

Q: Where do you deliver?

A: Prices quoted include delivery to the vast majority of UK mainland addresses. The exceptions are some of the more remote parts of the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, and all offshore islands including the Isle of Wight, where additional charges may apply. Please contact us for further information.

Q: How do you deliver?

A: Depending upon the nature of the item concerned, we use a variety of courier services. Most deliveries, take place between 8am and 6pm, but if timing is critical, we can often arrange timed deliveries at an additional cost. Some of our consignments, particularly larger notice boards and items of street furniture can be heavy so it is advisable that whoever is nominated to accept such consignments is able to help the driver unload.

Q: Do you contact me to arrange a convenient day?

A: For all items that we manufacture and dispatch ourselves, we will contact you as soon as your order is ready in order to arrange a convenient day for delivery. Some items are dispatched direct from our suppliers. In such cases our confirmation of order will indicate the likely delivery date but we won’t contact you beforehand.

Q: What if the item is damaged?

A: In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged – or from the exterior appearance of the packaging you believe that it may be damaged, it is important that:

  • You sign for the package as "damaged". (Signing as "Unchecked" will not do.)
  • You open it and check the contents without delay preferably whilst the delivery driver is present.
  • You inform us as soon as is practically possible and in no circumstances any later than 48 hours after receipt by ringing us on 01280 701093

Failure to comply with the above seriously prejudices any claim that we may have against the courier and therefore our ability to assist you.

Q: Can I buy on account?

A: Although the site is set up for payment by card at the point of purchase, we are able to offer 30 days credit to a range of potential customers including local authorities, churches and registered charities. If this is applicable simply select this option at the checkout stage and we will invoice you on dispatch of the goods.
