Q: How long from order to delivery?
A: Our external notice board package units are on a 4-6 week lead time, some products may be available sooner, if you have special requirements please contact the office on 01280 701093 to discuss. Our budget poster cases & clip frames and all other products are on a 7-10 day lead time.

Q: Where do you deliver?
A: Mainland UK as standard, for off island deliveries please contact the office for further information.

Q: How do you deliver?
A: We use a national courier service 'Tuffnels' for most of our deliveries, deliveries can take place between 9am and 5pm, timed deliveries are available at an additional cost. Some of our units can be heavy so it is advised who ever is accepting delivery can help the driver unload the heavy items.

Q: Do you contact me to arrange a convenient day?
A: Yes we shall call you as soon as the unit has been assembled and packed, please specify at this point any special requiremets you may have.

Q: What if the item is damaged?
A: If your order arrived damaged you must let us know within 48 hours of the delivery in order for us to claim against the carriers. Please contact the office in the unlikely event of this happening.

Q: Can I collect?
A: Yes, if you choose to collect you are more than welcome.
